Cloud computing is a general term that describes a number of computing models, all based on the Internet and the principles of centralization and elasticity. This includes internet-based services like email, file sharing, access to a common server and so on.

Cloud services deliver large amounts of data and files quickly, which helps to make them ideal for business use. Rather than relying on a large, expensive, and high-powered hard drive, cloud computing uses a small and low power device that makes it easy for businesses to store and access important information.
